All of my tumblers go through multiple checks by several people handling them with care before leaving my home. We package them with hopes they arrive to you the same way they leave my home. These tumblers are non refundable but just so you are aware, they do come with insurance through the US Postal service. So, upon immediate arrival please check your tumbler
