Good Land x Stewart 'Under & Over' Oat Cream IPA"A super cool collab with a Stewart Brewing (SCOT), which is where Jimmy learnt a lot of his brewing skills, the head brewer Craig flew over in Early Jan and we put 2 brews down. We both brewed the exact same beer using the same blend of Australian & UK Hops, with the only difference being local malt, Certified Sustainable Regen malt from Voyager Malts. We used some super cool hops and hops not normally associated with this style including from the UK

The 2022 Sabotage is our fifth release and the vintage was complicated…the season started with a cold wet winter that led to a cool spring and a later budburst
